they choose people from college in order. Usaually the top pick gets the best player because the team gets to choose whoever the want. Than it goes on and on and on until they get to pick 60. The reason you only saw 14 because its the lottery which has all the teams that dont make the playoffs get the lottery because people would want to point shave to get no.1.

I really hope it works out for Portland…they had the worst team for so long…so much money wasted on criminals and druggies….I am a Laker fan, unless we get Garnett, its over for us. No more Shaq, Kobe (the cancer, yes I think he is still the best in the league though), back to the shitty cedric ceballos days…We miss Jerry West
