In the 1980’s I received a letter stating that I won a huge sum and that I had to go to an address San Fernando, Ca . There were about 40 winners too. But after feeling suspicious, I left, saw the news that night that the set up was a police sting for people with warrants. I saw each winner walk through two huge doors smiling as cops arrested them out of site.. Soon as they walked in the were handcuffed. Had I not left and paid my driving ticket/warrant the next day I would’ve debuted on t.v.

Clerks telling you that there is no win on this ticket usually tends to throw it in the garbage can…
now.. if you are smart you tell him/her: Well… i still want my ticket back.. im going to go to another store and have it cashed in there instead.. and if its cashed in, i will call the police and notify them of your scam.. i probably will anyway.. but nomatter what happens, you are going to jail for fraud.
