This dude is right. I live in California. I played this scratcher called “Easy Money” I spent around $10 and I came out winning around $120 profit.

Also some of the lower value games will have alot of really small prize amounts thus increasing the prize win amounts but it also results in more turn arounds back into the game by having a higher odd,so even then the odds of winning the top prizes still goes unchanged.

Ive bought tickets before like 5 at a time even with the odds saying I should win a ticket out of 4 tickets and I havent won anything.
Then again Ive won 3 cash prizes in a row.
So its all random then isnt it?
