The champagne corks have been popping in one small Italian town, after someone scooped Italy’s biggest ever lottery prize. The un-named ticketholder picks up around $200m – but the other big winner is the Italian treasury, which gets to keep much of the money gambled. Al Jazeera’s Nadim Baba has the story.
