not at all. out of the all the people who have won lots of money on the lotto he is the only one who didn’t deserve it! he’s a criminal & thats the simple fact. giving him the money was asking for trouble. the money should have gone to children in need where it would have done more good. & folks living round here wouldn’t have had to put up with the shit he gave them..
