This problem is domestic as well. In the 1980’s some “company” walked from door to door in the greater Los Angeles area offer people loans that had a four or five year balloon payment.
Most of my older friends took out huge “loans” and it broke my heart to see an 85 yearl old lady suffer a fatal stroke because she was going to lose the board and care home that she and her husband worked for and lived in for decades.

Very well produced. IMDB ought to include this as a credit for Robert Pralgo, Leigh Hill and the rest of the cast. For the most part this isn’t hokey at all.
