I never figured out what was so evil about the Magic gettin the number one pick twice. They took their chances like everyone else and got lucky. So what?

just the way this is conducted is very suspicious

It’s still Washington’s history. You don’t change history in a half-assed attempt to be PC. Look at the Cleveland Indians.

Washington DC changed the name from the Bullets to the Wizards ’cause the word bullets was derrogatory, and DC was one the murder capital at that time…

I remember watching this on TV and couldn’t believe the 11-71 Mavericks didn’t even get into the top 3. Then when I saw Orlando get the top pick again, I was even more shocked! Talk about freak luck man, crazy!

Jesus, I was being sarcastic. Because changing the name from the Bullets to the Wizards was stupid.

Future Hall Of Famer Shawn Bradley or Bust Chris Webber, who was only a 5 time allstar/rebounding champ, lol jk

BTW, the funny thing is, on the related videos theres a top ten dunks on Shawn Bradley video, lol

meaning they had good key role players in the roster. I aslo agree they should kept webber and get a good pg. They also might have look for a better coach if hill was not good enough. And before shaq left they should trade him rather allowing him to go free that was the greates error in history. You never let something that big go Any team would accept him for any player except mr. jordan.

Key players like Dennis Scott, Horace Grant and Nick Anderson. They had a better than average nucleus. Heck, they were good enough to play the Rockets in the NBA Finals. It wasn’t too much of a stretch to think they could’ve taken the next step. I think they should have kept Webber and tried to find a veteran pg. Either way, I think they had enough to win a championship, and the fact they didn’t was a disappointment to me.

right and with key role players too.

I didn’t necessarily mean they should have won a championship that year, but with those two major building blocks you would figure they could win a championship at some point, but they never did with those picks.

Did you see Pat Williams mouth open when David Stern open the envelope for the No. @ pick? He was probably in shock that he got the No. 1 pick in the 1993 Draft when he had that pick in ‘92 for Shaq.
