Why would YOU ask that question.
YOU got an internet show, so why shouldn’t HE get to keep his winnings?
Same thing you leftie piece of shit.

Yes he should get the money. He served his time. He did something wrong – in the past. He probably isn’t even a bad person. He may be totally rehabilitated. If he is, then we should be proud of him as an individual. If he isn’t, then, we need to sort him out.
A little more compassion for the sick people in the world which any sex offender (unless they are for instance breastfeeding their child) would be a good thing.

That’s not ridicilous, he won he won. So what? The girl in the green is being silly..

Yes he deserves his money! Matter that, he won and if there are no laws against that give him his money!~ And no its not rediculous he won, stop judging people for their past!~

i understand what you are saying but you sound stupid … all around kids need to be protected from sex offenders, drugs , and all things that can and will hurt them , however dont say it like people need to stop saying things about sex offenders. straight up depending on the situation (which is up to a judge or jury to decide) i feel like sexual offenders should get LIFE like Murderers Straight the F**k up!

Everyone needs to learn what the label sex offender mean before using it. If you want to just throw it around and call all sex offenders perverts than you have to include the lady who registers for breast feading her baby in the airport …this registry has to be changed so we can tell who should be on there and who is not. I hope the guy spends the money to fight the crazy laws that threaten our kids more than any sex offender ever has..

WOW, i remember this guy for 10+ years ago, I was checking the Alaska sex offender registry and that guy really stuck out, he looks pretty “pervy”

I think there is an enormous amount of hysteria, and public scare campaigns going on with the sex offender registry. Here’s a guy who has served his time, and is trying to get on with his life, he enters a lottery, and hola, he won!
End of story imo.
There’s a lot of hype about the registry, but why not have a registry for other things, like drug dealers, burglars, traffic offenders. Aren’t they just as potentially bad as a sex offender?

Thats so funny. I love the irony of the situation.

A criminal record has nothing to do with anything, regardless of how onerous it is. If you win the lotto, you win. It would be illegal to even place a caveat preventing from someone with a criminal record from winning.
If you actually look into the numbers you’ll find that 30% of all individuals having been convicted of a sex offense are being mutually excluded from having been the perpetrator through DNA testing. Eyewitness testimony by a rape victim is absolutely worthless in court.

The Lotto Agency should put some thing in their “Terms and conditions” stating “Sex offender s need not apply”that s what they should be doing.
By ganondufus on May 25, 2009 | Reply
he will use the money to do research into how he can do more sexual assaults without getting caught. so money raised for victims of sex assault goes to sex offender to allow him to do more sex assaults.

he bought a house added a basement with dungeon/arcade got a van with no windows 2 tons of candy and pre paid lawyer fees

Dont even need to see the vid. Of course he gets the money, not saying it doesnt suck but a lottery win is seperate from his criminal act. If the penalty was more appropriate he wouldnt have got out of jail to buy the ticket.
By halflinks on Jun 4, 2009 | Reply
He gave 100,000 to charity? He doesn’t owe anyone anything, he served his time. and you people are morons for questioning it.
By SexOffenderIssue on Jun 7, 2009 | Reply
The media reported this mans name, and also that he was a sex offender, so they helped in the attack, IMO. This is why people who win the lottery, should not be broadcasted to the world for some idiot thief or robbery to see.
By SexOffenderIssue on Jun 9, 2009 | Reply
So what? He bought the ticket. Are you just jealous you did not win? He was also attacked and beaten real bad from a vigilante idiot as well.

lol
the law is never going to “catch up” so people are “stabbed to death immediately” for something they said
i think people who threaten to stab other people should be stabbed to death immediately
that means you and no i’m not joking (well actually i am)
